III) Learning the self control and enhancing your faith

The next step, illustrating by “L’Impératrice” consisting in learning how to control your thoughts, emotions and desires.

The aim is to learning how to lean on God instead of leaning on your self.

The Impress faith is still growing (as shown with the eagle that still seems to be fragile).

The symbol of the eagle represents the holy spirit in early christianity as seen in the secret gospel of John : the holy spirit incarnates into an eagle to tell Adam and Eve to eat the apple of the knowledge of good and evil.

The eagle also represents the inner faith of the Empress that need to continue growing to become stronger.

Also, the empress does not hold her scepter straightly and with insurance showing that she remains at the begining of the path.

IV) Having a strong faith and receptivity to God

With the “Empereur”, the faith become stronger : The eagle became a real adult eagle meaning that the holy spirit is now strong enought inside the Empereur.

He is now holding his scepter straight and he lean on the eagle (holy spirit) inside of leaning on himself.

He became trustful because he knows God is always with him and nothing bad can accurate.
